If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a straightforward process for returns and exchanges to ensure your brewing experience remains exceptional.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery.

  Pack with Care

  Place the brewer and all original accessories back into the original packaging to prevent damage during transit; please ensure the unit is clean and dry.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item to verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
